With the current ease of lockdown around the country, MTN Nigeria has opened its doors to attend to its customers. You can visit any of the open MTN retail shops and service centres around you to get issues resolved.

Please note that the following precautions are being observed in all MTN Nigeria retail stores for the safety of customers and staff members:

1. Opening hours are from 8:30am -3:30pm.
2. Wearing of face mask at all times within the premise by Staff and Customers.
3. Temperature checks before entry into the shop.
4. 2metres distance between persons within the premise, therefore customers will be admitted in batches.
