Points to notes

1) All MTN customers can subscribe to any of the StarTimes bundles.

2) The StarTimes plans available are 1 hour and 3hours and Customers can subscribe by sending Keyword to 131.

3) Multiple StarTimes Streaming bundles can be purchased only when the current plan expires (when the allocated time elapses). For example, if a customer has a 1-hour plan, he/she can only buy another plan when the 1 hour has been utilized.

4) The StarTimes bundle can only be used to watch videos on the StarTimes app.

5) As soon as the bundle time expires, Customers will receive a notification to activate another StarTimes bundle and Customers will not be able to roll over unused data. The StarTimes data reset to zero at the end of the specified time.

6) The allocated streaming timer starts once Customers start watching content on the StarTimes app and the fair usage policy applies.

7) Customers can check their StarTimes bundle balance by dialling *559*95#.
